Project Manager - Hydrographic & Coastal Resilience We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our collaborative team based in Kidman Park. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering meaningful projects that address coastal hazards, climate change impacts, and water-related challenges in the Asia-Pacific region.
This position has become available due to recent structural changes, which offers a great opportunity to make this role your own. Your responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery Work with clients, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure permitting, hazards, emergency response, etc. are in place to achieve project success Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Occasional travel for project purposes such as client visits, project mobilizations, project completions, etc. Involvement with sourcing and preparing for new project opportunities, including conversations with existing clients and proposal submission Who are we We are Fugro, the world's leading Geo-data specialist, focused on mapping, modeling, and monitoring data about the earth's surface and the structures built upon it. This role forms part of our Hydrographic and Coastal Resilience team, which is committed to safeguarding our coastlines and enhancing coastal resilience. We combine cutting-edge hydrographic techniques with a deep understanding of environmental dynamics to help clients create sustainable solutions. Our survey methods include airborne lidar bathymetry, multispectral imaging, and vessel-based multibeam technologies.
