Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Stay accountable for project outcomes, with a focus on results and follow-through.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.
Look for ways to improve processes and drive project performance.
Qualifications: Experience in project management or have worked in the AC or construction trades.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successful teamwork.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving excellence.
Ability to take ownership of projects and grow with the company.
