The Role
Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager, to lead the transformation of HRIS workforce processes with cutting-edge technology. Drive change, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impactful results in a supportive environment.
Develop and refine project plans with stakeholders to capture key assumptions, scope, tasks, milestones, dependencies, budget, risks, and change requirements.
Lead HRIS implementation across project workstreams to achieve quality objectives within specified timelines.
Direct the project team in executing project activities and HRIS deliverables.
Monitor project progress, maintain control documents, and report status and insights to stakeholders.
Manage project risks and issues, collaborating with decision-makers for resolution.
Maintain project governance, ensuring compliance with organisational protocols.
Support and participate in project reviews to optimise project outcomes.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the project.
Support the development and execution of change management plans aligned with project objectives.
Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and tailored communication.
Your Profile
To be the successful candidate you will have experience in the following areas:
Extensive experience as a project manager, preferably within healthcare or related sectors.
Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering HRIS implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Proven success in leading organisational change initiatives, with a focus on process improvement and system implementations.
Ability to develop and refine comprehensive project plans, capturing key assumptions, scope, tasks, milestones, dependencies, budget, risks, and change requirements.
Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, effectively communicating project updates and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, collaborating with decision-makers to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Support the development and execution of change management strategies, fostering acceptance and readiness among staff for new systems and processes.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment to achieve project objectives.
