The Ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture combined with hospitality projects/hospitality operations experience.We're looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who can liaise with stakeholders at all levels ensuring project milestones are achieved while being able to put your hand to whatever project/task may arise.Duties Include:Engaging with consultants and designersReading and reviewing drawingsEnsuring a high end design aesthetic is achievedExperience Required:Tertiary qualifications in ArchitectureHospitality operations experienceFive plus years experience in a similar roleFinancial reporting and budgeting skillsProcurement experience / FF&EHospitality projects/operations experienceFirst class communication skillsAutoCAD SkillsTo be considered:We're looking for an Architecture biased Project Manager with a stable track record of employment and experience of overseeing the tender process, managing consultants, and procurement.This is a 12 month fixed term contract; however, there are numerous opportunities and projects beyond this for the right person.
You will have worked in the hospitality industry and been involved in working for high end restaurants, clubs, and hotels through to managing projects within this sector.You will have first class problem solving ability, solid communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders while driving a project forward.#J-18808-Ljbffr
