They have been making serious inroads in the hospitality and commercial office refurb sector recently, building a strong client base and company culture with an average tenure of 5+ years.The company has an extremely strong pipeline of work in NSW and has created a strong relationship with one of NSW's largest hospitality providers, leading to multiple repeat projects.The Role:Take overall responsibility to deliver successful project/s, including pre-design, design, construction, and completion stages of the project.Act as the primary point of contact for all communication and stakeholder management.Take a lead role in establishing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with Health Safety and Environmental systems.Assemble and lead the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members.
