The company has an extremely strong pipeline of work in NSW and has created a strong relationship with one of NSW's largest hospitality providers, leading to multiple repeat projects.
The Role: Take overall responsibility to deliver successful project/s, including pre-design, design, construction, and completion stages of the project. Act as the primary point of contact for all communication and stakeholder management. Take a lead role in establishing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with Health Safety and Environmental systems. Assemble and lead the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members. Take responsibility for resources engaged in the projects and liaise with senior management to ensure projects are appropriately resourced. Manage any formal project deliverables. Liaise with the Director, Site Manager, and contractors as required to satisfy system standards requirements. To be considered for the role of Project Manager, you will require: Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager role with commercial fit-out contractors on projects $3M - $10M. A strong ability to work as part of a diverse team. A passion for construction with an eye for detail. Excellent client management and communication skills. Proven experience completing multiple projects within the Australian market from start to finish.
