Project Manager – Fit OutsThe Company$20m turnover businessSpecialise in bespoke fit outs – hospitality, gyms, cinemas, hostelsNew, exciting projects starting the first half of this year all ranging in value between $3-6mGood, hard working environment, great vibe within the teams, pride themselves on 'KIS' principle of 'keep it simple' with their processes and systems encouraging a simple but dynamic approach to workingEmployees are well looked after, a natural family feelThe Position – Project ManagerLead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion.Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 4 years' experience minimum as a Fit Out Project ManagerStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAustralian working rightsSalaryCirca $150k – 200k (NEG / DOE)How to ApplyPlease click apply or send your CV to ******.
