Project Manager - Hospital Extension

Top tier commercial builder requires an experienced Project Manager to manage an extension on a hospital with a good technical background. Our Client is one of Melbourne's leading head-contractors. They specialise in technical projects such as hospitals, pharmaceuticals, government, institutional, industrial sectors ranging in value from $50M - $500M+. They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to employ an additional Project Manager to assist with project delivery of a multi-level extension integrating into an existing hospital. This project have technical aspects to it with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical services. To be considered you will be tertiary or trade qualified with medical fitout project experience. We are open to looking at experienced project engineers or Assistant PM's stepping up. Salary will be flexible with a range of $160,000 - $220,000 depending on previous experience.
