We are thrilled to be recruiting this new and exciting role as a Project Manager to drive strategic projects for Anglicare's Home Care team. The projects will have multiple streams that align Anglicare's Seniors Living Strategy, Vision, Mission and Values that seek to empower individuals to live life their way, with dignity, respect, and joy.
This transformative work is also entwined with the current Aged Care Reform program which sets a complicated but rewarding environment to show off your project management skills in a values-driven context. To achieve this, we are looking to attract the most capable and mission aligned people to join us.
The role's key duties and responsibilities include: Collaboration with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitoring of project progress, identifying potential delays or obstacles, and proactively implementing solutions to keep programs on track. Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project milestones, updates, and changes, and facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams, including between other Seniors Living projects, to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to program initiatives. Ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned projects that meet quality standards by driving project management activities with well-defined and implemented steps, checks and balances and remedial plans if required. Your experience, qualifications and competencies should include: Tertiary qualifications in management, community/aged care or health sciences, qualifications in project and/or change management, experience in a customer service environment, and experience in building partnerships and stakeholder management. We are ideally looking for someone who has human-centred design experience. Aged care/healthcare experience would be highly advantageous.

Job Location: Currently located in Norwest and relocating to our brand new and modern offices based in Macquarie Park in 2025!
