Project Manage the end to end construction of high end luxury homes in Perth

TEN Recruitment are working with one of WA's leading high-end residential builders who now have a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic residential construction professional with experience in high end residential home building to join a well known and reputable company.

As a Project Manager this position will be responsible for producing the construction programs for jobs, liaising with high end clients as well as both the site team and the office team.

The position will work closely with the management team assisting in maintaining client relationships and the efficient and timely delivery of the home build. Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar or closely related role.

This is a senior position in the residential construction industry with many responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:

Produce construction programs for home construction projectsManaging project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whilst achieving project objectivesKnowledge and ability to present solutions to issues as they arise, with consideration of project time constraints and budgetsLiaise fluently and coherently with stakeholders including suppliers, trades, the office team, the site team and the clientsLead the project team to achieve targets and project goals on timeAbility to interpret contractual document and requirementsProducing various project reportsOrganise and manage regular project meetings with all stakeholders as required

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

At least 5 years experience working in a similar role for residential home building company(ies) ideally on high end home buildsExcellent working knowledge of end-to-end construction of homesProject Management / contract administration skillsMotivated and self-driven able to manage time wellAble to work seamlessly with high-end clientsA team player, able to work collaboratively within a teamExcellent organisation skills, time management skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Computer literacy with proficiency across the MS Office suite of applications; MS Project experience would be advantageous

This is a permanent position with a great salary package. It joins a friendly and busy team who have won many awards over the years. This role is based in the Osborne Park office which is close to public transport as well as a range of parking options close by.
