Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Client-Side Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment and redevelopment projects, across the Health sector.
As we are a multi-sector business, in future you will have the opportunity to gain exposure across other sectors in Property & Buildings.
Due to the regional locations of some of our Health projects, this role will require you to travel to regional locations in NSW on a weekly basis.
Located in our Sydney CBD office, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing scope of works.Engaging with contractors and consultants.Report writing and client management.Site superintendency and oversight of construction.Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest possible standard.Candidate ProfileTo be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side Project Manager within a Consulting environment.
You'll also need:
