Your new role Initially you will be working on a major health, hospital, project. A sector which of course receives a huge amount of investment, and always will. Projects $50m- $200m, it will be a fantastic opportunity to enhance your cv. Overseeing the full lifecycle of the project, tender award, through design management and eventually moving into delivery. You will see the project from start to finish. Very different to the builder side. You will be across all stakeholders, managing them appropriately, bringing all together to get the best result for the client. What you'll need to succeed You will have 5- 10 years experience in construction delivery. Candidates with PM consultancy experience already will take preference. A degree in a construction related field. You will have experience working on construction projects, health ideally, $50m. If not other sectors may be accepted, education, complex industrial, pharmaceutical, energy; all building related works. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills- as discussed this role is heavily stakeholder led so these skills are vital What you'll get in return Work for arguably the largest PM consultancy firm nationally.
