As part of the broader Technology team, our team partners with the business to deliver quality technology solutions that make it easy for team members in our stores to be customer obsessed. Our platform includes over 100 tools and applications used by store team members daily, ranging from critical applications to multiple in-store devices including smart phones, iPads, and back-office PCs.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects spanning multiple business and IT areas to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing In this role you will be responsible for managing some exciting projects within the supply chain logistics team. You will be required to lead and build business cases and manage the delivery of projects, whilst guiding project teams through the full project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects that will vary in size and complexity from small to large, which will involve working closely with our key vendors and operations business partners, whilst managing resources within the team and other IT teams.
You will have previous experience successfully managing a mix of both complex and smaller projects that involve cross-functional technologies and areas, multiple external parties (including vendors), and previous experience working with critical systems.
In this hybrid role, you wear multiple hats and have experience across project management, delivery, and engagement. You will have previous experience working end-to-end, scoping, business case development, estimation, and setting your own deliverables and being accountable for seamless implementation and transition.
Your stakeholder management skills are exceptional, and you will be required to partner with senior stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately and implement strategies to address complexities.

Good things you'll need 5+ years in project management or senior delivery roles. Manage simple to medium complexity projects less than $3m. Senior Business Analyst experience or leadership of Business Analyst capabilities. Successful planning and delivery of projects involving multiple functional areas and technologies. Management of dispersed/cross-functional teams, including offshore resources and external parties (including vendors). Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Guide teams in how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach. Business case development. Proven Project Management skills managing scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risks, and issues. Establishment of appropriate project governance (based on project size/complexity). Delivery of status reporting/project updates. Behavioural skills driving successful project management senior stakeholder partnership, judgement, accountability, learning agility. Formal Project Management accreditation (Desirable) e.g. Diploma of PM, CPPM/Reg PM, PMP, Prince2. We need a good communicator who is proactive, independent, motivated and keen to contribute to the team's growth.
