CELOTTI WORKFORCE is looking for PROJECT MANAGERS for a local position with our civil construction client in Gladstone, QLD.
This isn't a FIFO role, but we welcome candidates keen to relocate at their own expense and are happy to accommodate notice periods for the right person.

Our client specializes in a broad range of civil projects, including roadworks, infrastructure, bulk earthworks, marine projects, and structural concrete works. Their expertise spans roadworks, bridges, car parks, earthworks, dams, pipelines, landscaping, and port construction.
Key Responsibilities: Planning and programming the project and construction works Quality, Workplace Health & Safety and implementation of correct safety measures Client Relations Risk assessment and management Financial management, monitoring actual costs against budget Mentoring of project staff & team members Effectively resolve conflict & manage a team efficiently Effectively manage cash flow to maintain a positive cash position Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's Degree – Engineering or Project Management an advantage Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and tender procurement an advantage Minimum 5+ years of industry experience (civil an advantage) Driver's Licence and reliable transport To Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY , or get in touch with Bec Thorn from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 07 3608 5486 or send your resume to .
