We take responsibility for managing the projects from A-Z. As an international project manager, you will be responsible for implementing projects in France and Benelux. It is your job to manage the process from start to finish. You keep an overview during the construction phase, and you will be in continuous dialogue with both customers, contractors, and your colleagues. You manage the projects in collaboration with a strong project management team consisting of a project coordinator, a designer, a technician, a buyer, and the administrative staff. You know the market in France and have a solid network for contractors. As a project manager at Riis, you get a lot of responsibility, and it is you who has the overall responsibility for the project's planning, finances, and maintaining the quality we deliver every time. Your tasks will include:
Project management Lead and plan the construction process, ensuring that the quality is top-notch Prepare budgets and tenders Contract negotiation, including partnering for the customer
You are:
Qualified building designer and preferably with a craft background Structured and proactive Independent and used to making decisions Good at keeping an overview Flexible and adaptable
You bring:
Experience with project management in France Understanding of the construction process Desire to travel, as there will be a number of travel days per year Strong planning and negotiation skills
