With over 20 years experience across QLD and NSW, this well-known Fitout Company is expanding their Brisbane Head Office team.
They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.
Requirements for this Role Manage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $80mDeliver projects on time and within budgetProvide full scope & feasibility of worksSupport in the delivery of supply & installation projectsContract administration, invoicing and project variation managementProblem solving and developing swift solutions to on and off-site issuesMonitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the projectSkills and Experience Minimum of 10+ years overall experience in the construction industry5+ years experience in a similar roleStrong interpersonal relationship skillsFrom a Trade or Shopfitting backgroundExperience in Hospitality, Education, Aged CareAt Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
