Seeking a talented Project Manager to join a Brisbane Fitout Company specialising in D&C Projects up to $80M.Project Manager - Fitout and RefurbishmentAbout the companyWith over 20 years experience across QLD and NSW, this well known Fitout Company is expanding their Brisbane Head Office team. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.Requirements for this roleManage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $80mDeliver projects on time and within budgetProvide full scope & feasibility of worksSupport in the delivery of supply & installation projectsContract administration, invoicing and project variation managementProblem solving and developing swift solutions to on and off-site issuesMonitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the projectSkills and experienceMinimum of 10+ years overall experience in the construction industry, with 5+ years experience in a similar roleStrong interpersonal relationship skillsFrom a Trade or Shopfitting backgroundExperience in Hospitality, Education, Aged Care
