Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – Fit Out to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects meet client specifications, safety standards, and are delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or related construction projects.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the fit-out process, including design, construction, and building services.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
