Project Manager | Fit-Out

Due to project wins in the fit-out space, this national fit-out contractor seeks a high performing Project Manager to run large fit-out projects.

Strategic Risk ManagementProcurementOH & S PoliciesScheduling & programming of worksLiaising with sub-contractors and clientManage the site team and contract administrators on the jobThe BuilderThis respected and reputable commercial building contractor turns over closing in nearly $1Billion annually across Australia, and close to $200m here in Melbourne now require a positive and professional fit-out/Refurb Project Manager.
Projects are wide and varied, from CBD offices and corporate spaces, through to museums, hospitals, government buildings, sports & recreation or universities and TAFE's - and projects valued from $2M - $30M.
