Our client specializes in fit-out and refurbishment, across:

Commercial workplaces
Hotels
Government
Hospitality

They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager that has managed projects of $10m+.
You will be joining a business that prides itself on delivering high-level projects for its clients and has built strong relationships, resulting in repeat business and a great reputation with clients and subcontractors.

Having operated for 10 years and operating nationally, you will play an integral role within this established business and contribute to its continuous growth. They have a very strong leadership team, and you will be working under a highly experienced and respected Director.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is self-sufficient and can work autonomously. You will be entrusted to manage and deliver high value projects for some of their key clients.
Duties will include:

Managing projects from start to finish
Monitoring project progress and adapting work as necessary
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Conducting site meetings

To Be Considered:

A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a project manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
Experience managing projects valued $10 million +
Strong knowledge of systems and processes
Ideally experience with Procore
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
