Project Manager - Fire & Security

Job Title: Project Manager - Fire & Security Salary: 48,026 Location: Midlands (UK Travel) Overview: Due to continuous growth in our clients Fire & Security department, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will manage and deliver a range of fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Client Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for clients from project initiation.
Support the design process, programming, phasing, and scheduling to ensure client expectations are met.
Site Surveys & Quotes : Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and provide accurate and compliant quotations for project works, in line with our procurement and surveying standards.
Project Planning : Organise and manage resources, including plant hire, to ensure projects are completed within the required timescales and budgets.
Project Delivery : Oversee the end-to-end delivery of development works and asset replacement projects, including programme delivery, labour planning, and HSE compliance.
This includes preparing health and safety plans, risk assessments, method statements, and ensuring proper waste management practices.
Cost Management : Ensure cost preparation and control are in line with project budgets and financial expectations.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in project management, within the Fire & Security Industry Excellent technical knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements (HSE, risk assessments, method statements).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Full UK driving licence.
