to lead a high-performance project team to deliver a new project in WA's north-west. About The Role As civil PROJECT MANAGER
you will be working on a 2/1 FIFO roster ex-Perth. The successful PROJECT MANAGER
will lead a team to ensure all key deliverables are met, on schedule and within budget on this $30m project involving construction of Earthworks/Roads/Drains/Pad/Excavation. This is a golden opportunity for a strong leader to take the helm on a large value civil project where you will have the ability to take ownership, influence outcomes, and really showcase your leadership ability. You will manage the financial and commercial aspects of the project (budgets/forecasting/claims), resolving constructability issues, assist in programming, produce progress reports, manage the client interface, all while leading the site team effectively. If you have strong demonstrated experience working in WA on FIFO basis, while managing large civil projects for civil contractors in the mining sector, you can expect an exceptional remuneration package of CIRCA $300K (*including site uplift) . Skills, Qualifications And Experience Requirements
Minimum Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (*or similar) 8+ years' post-graduate construction experience as Senior Project Engineer/PROJECT MANAGER for civil contractors in Australia Previous experience managing large-scale civil construction projects for civil contractors for mining or industrial clients in Western Australia (ie. TSFs, Embankments, Rail Formation, Minesite NPI infrastructure, access roads, stockyards, plant site earthworks) Proven success managing civil projects or scopes of work $30M+ Strong contractual and commercial acumen Willingness and ability to undertake 2/1 FIFO roster (ex-Perth only) Natural leadership skills and ability to manage client interface Currently WA based with existing rights to work in Australia Available within 4 weeks' notice period (maximum) Clean WA C Class Driving License
