Monday 10 February 2025 4:00amRichglen Maintenance Services is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team for a 2-year fixed-term contract in the Blackwater Area.
This role is based on-site, with meals and accommodation provided, and offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule (38 hours per week), with potential overtime when required.

About the RoleAs a Project Manager – Field Maintenance, you will:
Lead and manage the project team, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
Oversee all aspects of the project, including formal contract documentation, schedules, budget tracking and performance reporting.
Manage, motivate, and coordinate team members to achieve project success.
Ensure strict adherence to commercial contracts, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
Provide mentorship and coaching to support continuous improvement.
Ideal CandidatesTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A Mechanical or Electrical trade background.
Dragline Experience preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
The ability to build scope of works from tender documentation.
Proven experience delivering medium and large-scale projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
