The company provides point to point dark fibre solutions for businesses wanting to have optimum security, increased storage and full control over their team is highly experienced and competent, who strive to provide excellence for customers, creating vital opportunities with and innovative purpose of this position description is to clearly articulate the organisations expectations on effectively and efficiently deliver the company's services in a safe and professional manner that achieves a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This Project Manager role will be responsible for delivering all aspects of this organisation's infrastructure projects, contractor liaison, OH&S management, and client specification compliance with regulatory requirements.Overview:The Project Manager will act as the primary interface between the infrastructure contractors, customers and the Head of Operations for the delivery of network infrastructure, operating independently and effectively across different functional groups and stakeholders.This position will be mainly office based but could require some time in the Field, with flexible working arrangements (WFH).Staff Reporting to this Position: Project Engineers and other staff as directedPosition Duties and Requirements: Drive the delivery of current and future infrastructure projectsAttention to detail when reporting Project Work in-ProgressFull responsibility for the life cycle of projects, from commencement, project completion and handoverInterpret and read relevant technical specificationsLiaise with internal and external clients to build relationships and assist with the delivery of the project objectivesActively solve problems and implement corrective action relating to the ongoing management of projectMonitor and maintain quality of deliverables throughout projectBuild effective relationships with all levels of the organisation, suppliers and most importantly our clientsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate projectsAbility to work under pressure and to strict deadlinesManage and coordinate subcontractors and stakeholdersMentor and manage other staff when requiredRepresent the company in a professional and respectful manner in everything you doComplete all assigned tasks in a timely manner and ask if unsureSupporting the Project team with all administration related tasksFault escalation point with oncall after hours work requiredAny other tasks as requested Experience:Excellent Microsoft Suite skills5 Years' experience in Telecommunications construction Our client is a Fibre Telecommunications Carrier that has fibre optic infrastructure network across the APAC region.
