About the role We're looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of three exciting commercial office fit-out projects across Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne. As the client representative, you'll take ownership of the entire process—from overseeing the design phase and coordinating the project team to managing communications, planning, and weekly progress meetings. Your key responsibility will be ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offering a dynamic opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Location Preference for Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra.
In this role you will: Lead three commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, following agreed processes and timelines.Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and define solutions.Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, removing obstacles for smooth project progression.Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with business priorities and location dependencies.Oversee Capex budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with contracts and financial objectives.Facilitate weekly meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure team alignment.Manage team relocations to new office spaces, minimizing disruption and maximizing operational efficiency.Here's what we're looking for: You have a proven track record in managing complex projects using methodologies such as PMBOK, Six Sigma, or Agile. Your skills span problem-solving, operational planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and effective communication.You excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities may shift.
