We will also consider an experienced site supervisor who is looking to step up into a project manager position.We have an expanding client base requiring us to increase our in-house team to manage the load.Responsibilities will include:Interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications,Help out with estimating projects as well as project management,Cross check schedules and drawings for discrepancies and VE options,Procure required materials and equipment for the job,Keep schedules and engineering data up to date as job progresses,Manage in-house and sub-contracted trades along with site supervisors,Liaise with clients throughout the project,Compile OMM's,Deliver a quality job to the client on time and under budget.Successful candidate will have:Experience in the mechanical industry in Perth as either a Project Manager or site supervisor,A willingness and desire to continue to grow our company and be successful,Strong leadership capabilities,Well-rounded written and verbal skills to deal with clients.What's on offer:Mentoring and development opportunities,Positive work environment with a team that all drive to be successful,Better work-life balance than working for a T1 company,Company vehicle with fuel card and laptop provided as part of the package.
