As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role under the guidance of the Commercial Manager in ensuring the effective design and delivery of building projects. As Project Manager your primary objective is to utilise cost management, flexible planning, and a deep understanding of applicable building codes to develop comprehensive and accurate project documentation. The focus is on ensuring efficient project delivery, covering upgrades, repairs, new builds, and remedial works. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will collaborate to oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards from creation to completion.
