Company National contractor specialising in the Façade and Cladding across multiple sectors including Commercial, Retail , and Industrial is seeking an experienced Project Manager and Estimator . Your Role: You will be covering all aspects of Project Management and Estimation including BOQ's , Takeoffs , variations, site inspections, hard tender, and winning new work. The current pipeline exceeds $40m . This role would suit someone who loves winning! Requirements to be considered: Minimum 5 years in Project Management and Estimation . Proven track record of winning projects. Experience managing projects from start to finish. Preferably Bluebeam estimation experience. Australian experience is essential.
