The Role Reporting into the CIO and CFO, the Project Manager will take responsibility to work with the organisation and vendor to allocate resources to the project, whilst at the same time taking a truly hands-on approach.
Lead a small Project Team with following resources available: Head of Finance, ICT Manager, the Vendor, HR and a Senior AccountantManage the ERP upgrade project by balancing the scope, financial budget, timeline, accuracy, requirements and quality of the projectManage execution of the project plan; identifying risks and issues with the implementation project and presenting these and recommended actions to the Project SponsorTesting (Documenting test cases, Integration and UAT planning, resolution of test defects)Manage and support the ongoing integration and optimisation of finance systems and processesMaintain continuous communication between all stakeholders involved to ensure project deliverables are met and the project remains on time and within budgetArticulate the project vision to all stakeholders, encouraging performance and alignment to the project objectivesManage vendor communication to facilitate understanding and awareness of the organisational strategic direction, changes, challenges and operating frameworkAssist during the go-live and during the post-implementation phasePreparation of training materials and providing end-user trainingYour Profile Proven experience with the implementation of NetSuite FinancialsExcellent project management and change management skills/experienceStrong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Proven ability to easily troubleshoot, document, escalate, track and resolve issues.
