Your Role TenssorEnergy is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team, driving impactful projects in the renewable energy sector with a special focus on utility-scale energy solutions and EV Charging Station developments.
As a leader in innovation and sustainable energy solutions, Tenssor Energy offers an exciting opportunity for professionals eager to shape the future of renewable energy infrastructure in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, expertise in renewable energy systems, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge EV charging station projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Renewable Energy and EV Charging Projects: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and EV charging station installations.Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from planning through execution to successful completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Compliance and Standards: Ensure projects adhere to relevant Australian standards, environmental protocols, and safety regulations.Site Visits and Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to oversee EV charger installations, electrical connections, and renewable energy infrastructure build-outs.Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities in renewable energy and EV charging network expansions.Industry Leadership: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to maintain Tenssor Energy's competitive edge.Key Requirements: Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in renewable energy and/or EV infrastructure.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-voltage (HV) systems, BESS, and EV charging systems with a focus on innovative solutions.Educational Background: Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of Australian renewable energy legislation, standards, and policies.Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.Why Join Tenssor Energy?
