This well renowned and recognized city-based organization are seeking the services of a Project Manager to kick off a new and highly important initiative, related to their Environment and Sustainability compliance and reporting.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who brings relevant experience with Environment and Sustainability projects, who can assist in spearheading important and complex projects, that involves outstanding stakeholder management.
We are specifically targeting someone who brings Utilities sector experience, or similar, who brings a passion and experience in environment and sustainability and can successfully deliver this imperative to the business project.
Key responsibilities, and as such, previous experience in the following, will be to: Solid Project Management experienceExperience in delivering projects of works related to Environmental and Sustainability Experience in similar Utilities sector, is preferredStrong ability to deliver projects from vendor selection process, with proven experience in delivery across the full procurement lifecycle (working closely with procurement teams)Strong communication both written and verbal to be able to build and maintain strong relations across the organisation, including at a senior management level including C-ExecsAbility to handle many senior sponsors, external vendors/partners, and technical teams, and build trust and credibilityCan manage multiple vendors and internal staff to deliver to the outcomeWell presented, personable with excellent presentation skillsThis role will be offered as a long term (12-month) day rate contract position, with a hybrid work model available for blended remote and inner-city located offices.
