United Pacific Engineering – Coffs Harbour NSW United Pacific Engineering requires 2 Project Manager / Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in providing support for multiple projects and our workshop operations.
About United Pacific: United Pacific Engineering is a Boutique Project Engineering company. We offer our clients the accessibility and strong support of a small focused and highly skilled team combined with significant capacity manufacturing facilities usually only found in a major city or multinational corporation.
Our office and workshop facilities are located in Coffs Harbour, placing us midway between Sydney and Brisbane.
We have developed a strong reputation for successful project delivery and as an organisation with a commitment to client needs, community expectations, and employee welfare.
About the role: We are looking for suitably experienced and motivated person(s) to join our flexible team. We have a small team with a wide range of skills and experience, who support each other to deliver our projects.
With a strong forward load of opportunities, we are looking to bolster our project delivery capacity.

These roles are equally suited to a relatively junior Engineer who brings fresh ideas, enthusiasm, strong computer skills, and is willing to get their hands dirty as they learn, or a more experienced professional could also slot neatly into our team and provide a solid base of practical experience. We are happy to receive applications from candidates across a range of experience.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of engineering projects, from original concept design and methods development, through cost estimation, procurement, quality and production planning, to client liaison and project realisation.
Initially you will be required to provide support to our teams, but as you grow so too will your role with the opportunity to lead projects of an increasingly significant complex nature; the only limitation on your growth will be your desire and demonstrated ability.
