Project Manager / Engineer and Engineering Officer Professional 3 Remuneration Package $130,039 - $145,437 (including salary $110,873 - $124,173) Infrastructure NT Full time, ongoing vacancies in Darwin, Northern Territory.

To support this goal, Infrastructure NT, the Northern Territory's infrastructure body, undertakes strategic infrastructure planning and development that co-ordinates and aligns infrastructure needs with economic and population growth, and delivers nationally significant infrastructure projects.
Infrastructure NT are recruiting an experienced Project Manager and an Engineering Officer for the following projects: The Adelaide River Off-stream Water Storage (AROWS) project, a unique and innovative major water infrastructure project that can deliver complementary outcomes of water availability and environmental sustainability on a scale not seen anywhere else in Australia.
The Middle Arm Sustainable Development Precinct (MASDP) project, a unique and innovative major infrastructure that is designed to attract industries reflective of the Territory's future economy including critical minerals, renewables and lower-emissions energy and fuels.
As Project Manager, Engineering in the AROWS team, you will provide expert technical advice and support in driving the engineering design process for the Darwin Region Water Supply Program.
Strong Project Management expertise and experience in Contract Management, development and interpretation of design and construction tender documentation and procurement processes is essential.
Key duties and responsibilities include: Providing technical advice and support on matters relating to civil engineering and contract management.
Conducting critical analysis and reporting on the ongoing assessment and risk management for project delivery.
Maintaining collaborative partnerships and providing contract management for major contracts relating to the delivery of key design activities.
As an Engineering Officer in the MASDP team, you provide high level technical advice and assist in the delivery of masterplans and staged infrastructure strategies for civil and marine works.
Sound experience in civil design, construction and practices, including land and marine associated structures, land servicing and pre-construction planning and delivery of large scale infrastructure projects is essential.
Key duties and responsibilities include: Providing high level professional written and verbal advice on the integration of engineering activities and matters relating to the planning of civil engineering components of the project.
Providing contract management for contracts relating to the delivery of key design activities.
Preparing work scopes and briefs, project cost estimates and maintaining collaborative partnerships.
To be successful you require a degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar field with eligibility for registration with Engineers Australia, strong Project Management and Contract Management experience and sound experience in civil design, construction and maintenance techniques.
High level communication skills and the ability to prepare work scopes, manage negotiations, estimates and schedules, and maintain collaborative partnerships is essential.
