We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent – want to join the ride?What you will be doingManage Energy Storage project assignments according to signed contracts and Wärtsilä Energy Business Project Management guidelines.Plan and manage required resources for project execution in co-operation with resource line-managers.Manage Energy storage customer contracts and act as customer's first contact point during execution of a project.Lead and coach project team members involved in execution of Energy storage projects.Lead and steer site team members involved in execution of Energy storage projects.Prepare, update and report project execution plan, cost budget, project schedule, project receivables and contract completion milestones.Manage contract requirements, risks and issues. Develop risk response strategy and plan.Lead and steer project engineering, purchasing, logistics and subcontracting activities.Participate in customer meetings and negotiations. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.Demonstrate leadership by following Wärtsilä Project Management Methodology and Business Directives.Apply Project Management best practices.Support Australia sales in Energy storage project opportunities.To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering (or similar).Project Management experience (minimum 3 years).Leadership experience and skills.Good negotiation and presentation skills.Cost awareness & effectiveness.Excellent teamwork skills.Proactive attitude and positive Can-Do mind-set.Why you and us?We at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility of our work.
