Lead project teams in delivering engineering consultancy services for the Energy & Power market, specialising in transmission and distribution sectors.
Your primary responsibilities include: Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams across APAC and Global Delivery Centres Managing projects involving HV electrical, civil, mechanical, and structural engineering Delivering targeted outcomes for single and multi-discipline projects Building client relationships in New Zealand and positioning for future opportunities change New Zealand to Sydney Coordinating with team and discipline leaders on project planning, scoping, and execution Handling commercial management, contracts, timelines, costs, and change management Additional Responsibilities: Provide support to overall portfolio of works Support sales initiatives and develop client relationships Contribute to securing new business opportunities Here's what you'll need Knowledge of transmission and distribution design projects is beneficial.
Understanding of transmission infrastructure, including substations and overhead lines Managed multidisciplinary Projects and design teams Experience in Project budgeting and scheduling Be the first point of contact for the client Capability to act as a Design Manager when required Familiarity with industry safety practices, AS3000, AS2067, and AS7000 standards The ideal candidate will possess a background in transmission and distribution projects, with the ability to manage engineering projects.
