Reporting to the Product Owner for the Diagnostic, Design and Delivery squad, this role will see you manage the business streams of projects aligned to the E2E Pay Program Value mission - Building Pay Confidence to our team members, shareholders and customers.
Working in partnership with the tribe leads, People and System delivery squads and business partners, this role will be accountable to develop and run detailed project plans. Ensuring a sustainable solution is delivered that has considered business related items and is facilitated in line with the solutions roadmap
What you'll do: You will develop project approach and documentation, including governance structures, project charters, stakeholders, team / SME structure and cadences using established templatesDevelop and maintain the detailed master project plans including all business related deliverables using Jira and established templatesFacilitate delivery against the project plan, working closely with delivery partners to manage the progress against agreed timelines while developing and managing the project risk registerCoordinate updates in response to changes in priorities and scope to ensure the business outcome resulting from the proposed solution is optimised for the business at all timesEstablish and steer the project working group and other required forums What you'll bring: Project Managements skills in a highly complex, matrixed environmentA strong track record in interpretation and problem resolution while maintaining the view of being results oriented and able to work to tight timeframes, work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate a broad range of inputsAgile Project Delivery methodology skillsExperience as a Project Coordinator or within Project Management fields in Culture and People in transformation programs will be highly regarded What you'll experience The opportunity to grow within the groupStrong mentorship and development; opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in AustraliaHybrid or fully remote working arrangements depending on your home locationUnparalleled growth opportunities Get your Woolies worth through team member benefits across all of our brands#work180 #LI-Hybrid
