Due to newly landed projects, they are seeking a senior Site Manager or Project Manager. The right candidate must have an electronic security background managing projects across fit-out, construction, defense, and public health.

Day to Day duties but not limited to. Managing finances and progress claimsManaging onsite subcontractors and sprinkler fittersEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetWorking with builders, FM contractors, and engineersReporting to a construction managerManaging on-site labour and safetyDelivering minor works and fit-out projectsWork on defense projectsSelection Criteria.
