Our client is a leading multi-service contractor that specializes in the construction, installation, and maintenance of electronic security systems.

 
Due to newly landed projects, they are seeking a senior Site manager or project manager.

They will also take an experienced project manager.
The right candidate must have an electronic security background managing projects across, fit out, construction, defense, and public health.

 
They offer a highly collaborative working culture, a lot of training and development as well as a strong work/ life balance.




Day to Day duties but not limited to.
Managing finances and progress claimsManaging onsite subcontractors and sprinkler fittersEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Working with builders, FM contractors, and engineersReporting to a construction managerManaging on-site labour and safety Delivering minor works and fit-out projects Work on defense projects  Selection Criteria.
Electrical or electronic security background Strong time management Two recent referencesValid drivers license Five years on-site experience
