You will have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution and control of Warrikal site Electrical Projects, delivering end-to-end project management whilst ensuring projects run safely, profitably and overall successfully.OUR ROLEReview & assist with complex tender submissions in line with project specification and Client requirementsManage project budget, scope of works and project execution to ensure project complianceRead & understand scope of work, specification, work plans and drawingsReview upcoming tender opportunities and execute tender submissions from start to finish if required to support the tendering teamPrepare & execute technical queries to all clients as and when requiredInterpret drawings and understand detailed scopes of work and ensure detail reflects in pricing and project executionCoordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionImplement & oversee quality control processes to ensure electrical installations & systems meet industry standards and project specificationsLead a multi-disciplinary team of Electrical Supervisors, SuperintendentsABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will have:A solid Electrical trade background with a min. 5yrs experience in Project ManagementElectrical Trade QualificationSignificant experience working for a Contractor in Mining/Resources (O&G considered) with a good understanding of Electrical scopes of work on siteExperience as a site Electrical Nominee (desirable)Good commercial acumen (experience with costing to support pricing, invoicing and cost tracking)Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams while effectively managing both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a strong reputation on-site through high quality executionHigh attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of project deliveryWell-developed written, verbal and communication skillsWHY WARRIKALWe are a small, privately owned business with strong community ties and a commitment to making a difference.
