Trade qualified Electrician with 7+ years Project Management / Supervisory experience on Minor Works, Capex and Lifecycle Replacement within commercial / defence or education premises.

Outline Duties
Support and manage the efficient and effective delivery of Electrical Capex projects to $2 million across a large diverse range of clients and portfolio's, providing key operational planning and direction.

Ensuring delivery of multiple concurrent building upkeep and Minor Works projects (average $50K to $1M each) across a large portfolio in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, and Electrical Regulations, Statutory Compliance and Industry Best Practice.

Skills and Attributes Over 10 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 7 years Project Management / Supervisory experience within an organisation deliveringMinor and Capital Works to multiple Commercial, Education and Government premises. Technically competent, responsible for leading a team of direct and sub-contract staff undertaking Building De-fits, Re-fits, and replacement / minor works on Electrical Power Supply / Distribution, CCTV, and Data / Communications. You will have excellent Project Management skills, able to mage the full PMO function from costing, pricing and bidding on projects to mobilisation and ongoing support and progress updates. Ensure the quality of projects and meeting completion / handover timescales.
