Key Accountabilities: Foster a collaborative, "one team" culture inclusive of all stakeholders including delivery team members, business SMEs and vendors Establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with sponsors and other key stakeholders Defining and delivering projects aligned to business strategy, roadmaps and architectural standards Defining and managing project schedules, plans and budgets Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage and direct projects of varying scale and complexity to achieve project objectives Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on delivery plan Manage projects to deliver to budget, scope, quality, schedule and benefits within defined delivery frameworks Lead project teams to deliver projects via waterfall and Agile methodologies Accountable for the delivery and success of the project and the acceptance by the Sponsor Ensure all projects adhere to end to end project methodology compliance standards Identify project dependencies and assess and resolve all project risks as they are encountered Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control Evaluate and advise the Sponsor on trade-offs between project complexity, cost, urgency, risk and value Accountable for maintaining accurate and timely data within the project portfolio management (PPM) tools Stakeholder Management: Build trust with the Sponsor to ensure confidence in project delivery Partner with Sponsor and Subject Mater Experts (SMEs) to define value, benefits, milestones and acceptance criteria Keep the Sponsor and stakeholder up to date on project status via formal and ad-hoc reporting With the Sponsor define organisational change management (OCM) requirements and incorporate into project delivery Manage transition to operations with IS&T service line owners to ensure ongoing support Team Leadership: Build, lead, and coach project teams throughout project lifecycles to drive a successful outcome of the project Contribute to continuous improvement as an active participant in PMO and community of practice communities Key experience required for the role : Project Management (PM) qualification - PMI, PRINCE2, Diploma/Certificate in PM, or equivalent Experience with delivery of projects on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 or similar platforms Experience managing request for proposal (RFP) and request for quotation (RFQ) processes, including supporting offer evaluation Experience delivering digital projects in the mining industry Like to know more?
