Project Manager - Digital Transformation

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team driving a large-scale digital change program.
You will lead the delivery of multiple digital projects, guiding teams and stakeholders through innovative transformation initiatives across people, process, data, and technology.
In this role, you will: Define project scope, produce key artifacts such as business cases, project plans, and reports.
Manage risks and issues, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Engage with key stakeholders to drive project success, while being hands-on in project delivery.
Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of IT or digital project management experience.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
Experience in both Agile and Prince II project delivery environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A solid understanding of IT software and infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, including report writing and the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills Experience working in Higher Education.
Experience delivering projects that enhance user experience or service design.
Qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, Change Management, or Public Administration.
