Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant / Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin in our video production and social media marketing operations.
You'll orchestrate video shoots, manage content workflows, and ensure our gym clients receive top-notch marketing materials that attract and retain members.
This role offers a unique blend of creative oversight and project management, allowing you to shape marketing strategies while honing your skills in client communication and digital content creation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate video shoot schedules with gym clients, ensuring smooth production days
Manage post-production workflows, including quality checks and feedback to editors
Curate and schedule social media content across various platforms
Assist in crafting compelling client proposals and performance reports
Liaise between clients, the creative team, and management to ensure project success
Utilize Go High Level CRM to streamline project and client management processes
Support lead generation efforts through Meta ad campaign coordination
Requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
Strong organizational prowess and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies
Basic understanding of video production processes and quality standards
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to align with Australian business hours
Passion for fitness and wellness industries is a plus
