The role requires:Gathering data from different input sources including Project Managers, Business Unit Leads, team members, and the IT team.Inputting data into established data templates, cleansing data to ensure it is clear and accurate.Extracting the data and producing the requested reports.Making adjustments to reports as requested.Acting as a weekly report backup resource.Assisting with formatting and checking all data inputs in reports.Receiving contract specific information from the internal legal team.Inputting information into predefined contract templates (supply agreement) on the internal system and issuing for approval.Managing the change control process.Monitoring and advising upon project finances.Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.Stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly.Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.QualificationsWell organized, with strong attention to detail and a drive to get things done.Good communicator, both written and verbal.Ability to handle concurrent activities while under pressure.Intermediate Level Proficiency with key office suite (Google or Microsoft).Ability to work in a high-performance culture, with a strong desire to work at pace.Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills.Able to anticipate change and proactively identify opportunities.Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a program or multi-disciplined environment.Understanding of PMO structures and their role within an organization.Good understanding of store operations.Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.Managing the tender process and producing tender recommendations.Proven experience of working within a client-focused environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of regulatory, governance, and community requirements.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
