What you'll be doing Atturra is looking for a full-time Project Manager/ Delivery Lead, to work within the Cloud Business Solutions, Project Delivery Team, delivering to our Atturra clients.
You will be responsible for the Management and Delivery of multiple concurrent ICT applications projects, from initiation to closure, according to our client's project management methodology.
Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitating the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teamsNegotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisationPrepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), fortnightly project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change registerFacilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specificationsLead regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders; andAct as first point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business.Microsoft Office SuiteProject Web AppMS Project ServerBehavioural Requirements: 6 + years of Project Management / Delivery Lead experienceMust be an Australian Citizen, if you don't currently have an active BaselineSecurity Clearance and the ability to obtain a Baseline Security ClearanceMust have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technicalaudiencesAbility to effectively recognise and adapt tochangeAbility to work independently and in a teamenvironmentHigh level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diversecommunity.How to apply au-en/careers Recruitment Agencies/Headhunters: We got this covered.
