As a result our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionLead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceDevelop working relationships, problem solve, and drive projects to successful completionResponsible for the complete project delivery of Ready for Service (RFS) for each lease site location.Manage and ensure that the lease provider is complying and delivering the project per client's lease agreement contractServe as an advocate for managing a safe worksiteManage the delivery of projects from lease execution through RFSManage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsEnsure the delivery of projects aligns team objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts with the Data Center Development Project StrategyDrive deployment of solutions that can be socialized globally across projectsFacilitate decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change as requiredCoordinate meetings and activities of external stakeholders and attend scheduled owner/architect/contractor and other project meetings, reporting as necessary.Report progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly, or as requiredBring strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skillsTrack lessons learned and identify improvements to share across groupsCoordinate approvals and route to all stakeholders and regional approversEnsure lease provider's compliance to lease agreement contractQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldA minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management of Data Centers or equivalent experience.Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or constructionA thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project reviewExcellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniquesAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environmentExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skillsHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client#J-18808-Ljbffr
