Oversee pre-production and delivery of all project elements, including staffing, design, technical, event operations, safety, and compliance, in conjunction with internal teams and the Ho P&O.
Ensure adherence to risk management, safety standards, permit requirements, and compliance, while managing the creation and execution of event, traffic, and pedestrian management plans.
Maintain proactive relationships with suppliers, internal departments, community, and local businesses to ensure project delivery meets the highest standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and integrating input from senior staff.
Excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible problem-solving approach.
Experience in the arts, festivals, and events, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, assertive, and able to work efficiently under pressure, with a solid work ethic and flexibility in working hours.
