Project Manager - D&C New Build + FitoutThe CompanyA Queensland commercial construction company with a newly appointed senior leadership team is growing in capabilities and opportunities and is therefore looking for a new Project Manager.
Our client prioritizes complete D&C projects over a variety of sectors including but not limited to Industrial, Education, Retail, and Hospitality with projects up to $15m.
The Role Review and interpret technical drawings, reports, engineering documents, and specifications to ensure project specifications are met.Lead and manage commercial construction projects, overseeing all phases from planning to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to guarantee safety and quality.Supervise and coordinate a diverse project team, including engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, to maintain effective collaboration and communication.Provide regular and accurate financial updates and project progress reports to the management team.Coordinate the necessary steps for obtaining clearances, permits, and client-specific authorizations required for project execution.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering updates on project status, managing deliverables, and resolving issues as they arise.Experience/Qualifications Required Stable track record in a Project Management role with a commercial construction head contractor.Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role.A natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike.A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.What's on offer Market rate remuneration.Office parking.Variety in projects.Joining a stable business with strong tenure amongst staff.How to apply Apply directly via the link below.For any other construction roles or opportunities, feel free to contact and view via LinkedIn at in/reubenlennon/
