Project Manager - D&C Fitouts

Due to winning multiple tenders, this construction company is expanding their team and seeking a regional Project Manager to join them on this exceptional, continuous growth journey. As the PM, you will report to the Project Director. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver multiple projects across regional NSW, right from the design stages through to completion.

The Position Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgetingWriting of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of workProvide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the clientsHigh-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skillsMaintaining high standards of health and safety on sitePlaying a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial ConstructionThe ExperienceTo qualify for this position, you will have:
A Degree in Construction Management or similarExperience delivering fitout projects up to $20 millionSound knowledge of commercial construction legislationSound financial management with the ability to drive cost accountabilityProcore, Jobpac or similar system experienceA can-do attitude with good negotiating skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environmentOn offer is unparalleled career progression and work life balance.
