What role will you play?
Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Project Manager, you will manage and build strong relationships with the project team, cross-functional teams as well the wider delivery group.
You will lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of regulatory and technology projects, which include scoping and planning, managing business case from idea to approval, resource allocation, risk management, and implementation.
You will identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions and maintain project timelines.
In addition to allocating resources, you will oversee budgets, personnel, and technology to optimise project outcomes and deliver value to your stakeholders and organisation.
What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility 5+ years' of experience in Project or Delivery Management experience with recent exposure to projects within institutional banking or financial services industry.
Experience in managing regulatory and technology projects.
Experience in detailed project or program reporting and a risk mindset.
Adept at utilising efficient stakeholder engagement strategies within a challenging business environment.
A solid understanding and experience in different project management methodologies and common practices such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the capability to initiate and lead conversations with project stakeholders, business leaders, risk management colleagues.
